Psychotherapy and counselling are both about a way of coming to see things differently, and reaching the start of a new path in your life.  It is not always possible to reach that point alone, so working together with a therapist that is trained and experienced in what to look for and why to look for it, can be enormously helpful.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy focusses on developing insight into how we feel and why we feel that way. Understanding why, when and how the difficulties we now face began, helps to find ways for us to heal and move on in our lives.
